Service Center Repair

Carolina GSE is an authorized service center with multiple manufacturers including Tronair and Unitron to offer services including overhauls, refurbishments, customer repairs, or warranty repairs.

On-Site Repair

If your service requires on-site support, we would be glad to travel to you. Depending on the location, we can drive or fly into your location and come prepared to service your equipment.

Spare Parts -Stocking Center

With our upgraded distribution and warehouse center, we stock a wide range of replacement parts for your GSE. We know that we have to keep your aircraft flying! Contact our GSE team for help or visit our account center.

Overall & Refurbishment

With our factory-trained and certified GSE technicians, we offer a refurbishment program that will restore your equipment to like-new condition. Once the equipment is received at our facility, we will provide a quote for refurbishment. After the quote is approved and the service is complete, you will not believe you received the same equipment back.

OEM Trained Technicians

We take pride in servicing and overhauling equipment. Our technicians are OEM trained and certified. We will only use OEM parts along with servicing and testing guidelines from the manufacturer to make sure your equipment is operating according to manufacturer's specifications.

Carolina GSE Ultimate Care

Ultimate Care is Carolina GSE’s Premier Preventive Maintenance service plan for Tronair HPUs.

Ultimate Care focuses on the consumable elements of HPUs. Filters, fluid test kits, and hoses in addition to gauges calibrations.

To request any service, you may contact us via email, phone, or chat. Once your request has been received, we will be in contact with you regarding a quote, servicing details, and to help answer any questions.

How do I ship large equipment to you?

Don't worry! Our team is extremely knowledgable in shipping and can take care of it for you. Start chatting with our team for assistance.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes, you can! We will provide you with our maintenance facility address and work order number once your service request has been approved.

How long does service take?

The lead time on servicing can depend on the availability of parts, schedule, and services requested. If you would like an estimated time frame, please chat with our team on the service requested.

Do you use OEM parts?

We only use authorized and approved parts from the manufacturers. For any parts replaced, a copy of the manufacturer’s CofC can be requested for the replacement parts.
